Barack Obama's thugs are engaged in an attempt to destroy Joe the plumber. Joe had the audacity to ask Barack Obama why he wanted to raise our taxes. To which, Obama replied that he thinks "spreading the wealth around is good for everybody." Republicans have tried to present Obama's statement as a red flag revealing his true leanings - socialist.
The democrat hit machine has since been busy smearing Joe by reporting that he doesn't have a plumber's license and owes $1,182 in back taxes, as if any of that matters. They're attempting to shift the focus of dim-witted Americans to the source of the question and away from the question itself and especially Obama's answer.
The only relevant substance of the exchange between Joe the plumber and Barack Obama is Obama's response to Joe's question. He wants to spread the wealth around. Uh huh, so did Marx, Lenin and Stalin. Yes, one can argue that Barack Obama may only be an ultra liberal, but don't let that fool you. Vladimir Lenin once said: "The goal of socialism is communism." If that's true, which it is, then the goal of liberalism is socialism. That is the only logical progression from here.
That is the trail Obama will hack through the pristine forest of our American liberties and it should be clear to everyone his Marxist
machine will crush anyone who stands in their way. This must be what Obama really means when he talks of being a uniter - compliance via extortion.
The change may not be dramatic at first. A shift of this magnitude may take a few election cycles or decades or even a few generations. But one day, our posterity will wake up to the cold and hopeless reality of life in slavery to the state. And it will happen because millions of voters today don't have the brains to see it coming or the courage to resist.
